Management will assign seating VIP tables in order of ticket purchase.

Your ticket is your reservation, it reserves a seat(s) in our General Admission Section of our Performance Lounge.
General Admission seating is first-come, first-served.
The full menu is available before and during the show. No entrees or food are included in the cost of admission.
Please present ticket(s) upon arrival. Digital or hard copy is accepted.
Single ticket holders: Guests who purchase a single ticket may be seated at the bar or at a table with another single ticket holder, Individual checks will be presented.
Groups of 6 or less: Our Performance Lounge can accommodate tables for up to 6 guests. If you plan to sit with other guests who have tickets under another name, please enter the ticket holder name in our Survey or please email us at [email protected] at least 3 days in advance so we can plan for multiple parties joining each other, Maximum 6 guests.
Groups of 7 or more: Guarantee your large party will be sat together by booking through our Events Team. Email [email protected] to book your large party.
For your convenience, each table will be presented with one bill at the end of the show that includes a suggested 20% gratuity. Our policy is that we do not split individual checks, but we will accept up to two credit cards per table as payment.
Age Limit: Children 8 years and under are not permitted in our the Performance Lounge.
Alcohol Consumption: No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed off the premises. No outside alcohol may be brought into the premises, we have a corkage fee of $30 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per table.
Photography/ Video: Flash photography is not permitted. Video recording for resale or outside marketing is not permitted.
Dancing is not allowed on the premises.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Spaghettini does not permit Tickets to be refunded after purchase in any circumstances, except where a performance has been cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place due to any factors which are beyond the Spaghettini’s Reasonable Control. Where monies are refunded, such refunds are limited to the face value of the Tickets purchased and shall not include any booking fee or any postage or credit card charges.
No tickets are returnable or exchangeable. All sales are final. Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review your event selection, date, and performer.
All Tickets are sold subject to availability and the price of the Ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your order.
You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly onto the Booking Form. You represent and warrant that all details supplied by you are true and accurate. Since different performances or artists may all have the same title, it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the specific performance for which you purchase Tickets is what you do wish to purchase.
Ticket Processing Fee: The ticket processing fee and all other fees charged on this event are for the administration, operations, and other expenses associated with this event (including but not limited to the ticketing and sales platforms) and will be retained by Spaghettini.
CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION AND ATTENDANCE
The management of Spaghettini reserves the right to refuse Ticket holder’s admission in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void.
Spaghettini also reserves the right to request that Ticket holders leave the premises at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, The Management may remove a Ticket holder who:
1) has behaved in the Venue in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion management has, or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors; or
2) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or
3) in the reasonable opinion of the management is under the influence of drugs or has consumed an excessive amount of alcohol; or
4) fails, when required, to produce proof of identity or age; or
5) obstructs access-ways, exits or entrances, congregates in non-designated areas, or seeks entry to seats for which he/she does not hold a Ticket.
You must comply with instructions and directions given by Spaghettini staff.
No refunds will be given to Ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behavior as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples above.
LIABILITY
You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to an Event, whether occurring before, during or after the Event, and you waive any claims for loss, damage, personal injury, illness or death against Spaghettini, the management of Spaghettini, any agent of Spaghettini, the performing artist(s), participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any minor accompanying you or for whom you purchased a Ticket.
Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against Spaghettini to such risks.
Spaghettini does not accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any personal property
UNLAWFUL RESALE
Purchasers are bound by the laws of the State of purchase, and Spaghettini reserves the right to pursue, to the fullest extent of the law, all penalties allowable for anyone caught counterfeiting, reproducing for sale, or altering tickets for unpaid or illegal entry into an event. Tickets unlawfully resold or attempted to be resold, counterfeit or copied tickets may be seized and canceled without compensation. Spaghettini has the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone that we determine to be in violation of our policies. You agree not to sell, reproduce for sale, alter, or counterfeit the ticket for any reason, and assume all financial liability for the copying of the user’s unique order number and ticket name. Unauthorized third party selling or bartering without consent of the artist or venue, is forbidden.
