Cary Hardwick

Cary Hardwick has spent his entire professional life inspiring the individuals that he worked with to grow both professionally and personally. Through a management philosophy built on servant leadership, he has helped individuals from many different professions to achieve their goals. Whether that goal is writing a business plan, opening a new business or simply managing people more effectively, Cary helps people to find true enjoyment and success in their workplace.

Cary is best known as the co-owner of Spaghettini Grill and Lounge in Seal Beach, California. Since its inception in 1988, it has grown to be one of the top restaurants and performance lounge in the country. The Spaghettini vision has fueled decades of growth, made possible by a staff of incredible, long term dedicated professionals. Cary and his business partner Laurie Sisneros have used servant leadership and intensive training to the highest level of knowledge and service.

Cary has also been a teacher for the Cottonwood Leadership College in Los Alamitos, California since 2002. Cary helped to create the curriculum for seminary students who want to focus on making their everyday work part of their ministry. He was also a founding Team Leader of Real Business, a ministry that was set up to equip and encourage Christian business people. Cary has also been involved with a number of local charities, and is on the Board of Directors for The Brianna Fund, which raises awareness and money for children with Cerebral Palsy.

Cary presently owns a consulting and promotions company called C.J. Studios. C.J. Studios was founded in 2002, and has allowed Cary to speak, teach and work with individuals to develop their businesses. Whether through leadership training or promotional revenue producing events, Cary can lead other professionals to maximize both their business and personal potential.

Cary was a scholarship athlete in track and field at both Long Beach City College and Indiana University. In 2009 he was inducted into the Long Beach City College Hall of Champions. He is also an avid surfer who has traveled the world in search of the perfect wave. Cary and his wife Joy live in Long Beach, California and have four children.
